Create a Self-care Pact

Through all the turmoil and qualms that come with the territory of living in our bodies,  it’s easy to become separated from the most authentic and highest versions of ourselves. It can be hard to get back, and the self-care pact is a living breathing written work meant to be the road map for finding your way back to yourself. It outlines exactly what you are doing and believing when you feel at your very best.

This is an all-encompassing document; it takes commitment to create, and it is alive. You can change it over and over, and probably will as you become more and more familiar with your true self. Start where you are!

 Your self-care pact is personal, whatever you want to put in it, do so. I suggest having a table of contents at the very beginning, so you can more easily find what you need. In this course I will help you get started, with suggestions for what you may want to include.
