Making Space for Clarity
One thing that’s changed drastically about me in the last five years is the way I have learned to accept what is and navigate the circumstances as they are and not as I feel they should be or are supposed to be. Much of the growth I have made has not been because I left a situation entirely, but because I stopped resisting what was and used my energy to work with it. This looks like many things and changes how I integrate information I receive, and how I choose to react.

We are Not the Things that Happen to Us
It is not unusual to be someone with unpleasant memories of a time in their life, and high school was certainly a time of loneliness for me. It was also a time when I was incredibly unkind to myself. My inner landscape was bleak and full of toxic soil in which only self-hatred thrived and nothing vibrant could bloom. It was this time in my life when I really started writing.

You Get to Decide
A big part of the human experience is almost constant exposure to what others think of us, believe we need, and believe we should do.

Lessons From a Dream
My grandfather passed away in 2011, and I was lucky enough to be paid a visit from him in a dream I had, and I have not forgotten his message.

How can I best use this life that has been given to me?
Imagine yourself as an angelic light in the higher realms, preparing to be born into your human body. You are coming earthside to learn the soul lessons your highest self set out for you.

I Have What I Need
One thing I feel needs to be said is this: it does not appear the advertising industry has our best interest in mind. Personally, I get very fatigued by this industry constantly telling me I need something, robbing me of the feeling that I have what I need already.
